Schedule Details:Primarily Days 0800-1630 M-F; Occasional work until 1900 M-W w/potential for weekend work not more than once every 5 weeks and possibly 1 holiday per year What You Will Do: Promote positive patient outcomes and satisfaction by optimizing support of oncology providers' decision-making with evidence-based, safe and cost-effective pharmaceutical based therapies. In addition, provide direct patient education for oral chemotherapy regimens and follow-up monitoring for compliance and toxicity management. Requirements: Specialized expertise in Oncology Pharmacy Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred Hold currente license to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin (or license eligible) Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required Valid WI driver's license and in good standing Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred #LI-KH *CA Why Join ProHealth Care: We have nearly 5,000 dedicated clinical and non-clinical employees and physicians who work together every day to serve the health and well-being of our community.
