U.S. Got People is an EEO/AAP employer, staffing for Federal and Commercial Contracts throughout the U.S including Hawaii and Guam. We are currently seeking to hire a Pharmacist to at Naval Hospital Portsmouth.
Dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners and provide information to patients about medications and their use. May advise physicians and other health practitioners on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications.
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist.
Have successfully completed an ACPE approved continuing education of at least 15 hours which maintains pharmacy skills and knowledge in the preceding two years.
Possess two years' experience as an Information Technology Pharmacist.
Possess experience in the use of pharmacy computer systems such as the Navy TRIPHARM Computer System, the CHCS or retail pharmacy computer systems.
