USGP Clinical Pharmacist in United States

USGP is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide at the Naval Hospital Pensacola.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Perform timely, accurate and concise documentation of patient care.
Operate and manipulate automated systems such as CHCS, AHLTA, ADS, Essentris, MHS Genesis and Clinical Information System (CIS), participate in clinical staff Performance Improvement (PI) and Risk Management (RM) functions, as prescribed by the Commander.
Exercise appropriate delegation of tasks and duties in the direction and coordination of health care team members, patient care, and clinic activities.
Maintain documentation of all treatment provided in accordance with clinic directives, and prepare such records and reports as may be required.
Provide pharmaceutical care for all ages and families in the MHP team. Particular emphasis is placed on managing patients with complex medical conditions such as coagulation disorders, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, asthma,/COPD, smoking cessation, pain management, mental health, and congestive heart failure.
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE)
Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy or documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice of clinical pharmacy.
Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist.
Maintain an active BLS through the American Heart Association
