Novartis Israel is looking for an Appointed Pharmacist to join our Regulatory Team. This is a temporary position for the period of 1 year. Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Ensure rapid submission and approvals of new products, dosage forms and additional indications according to agreed objectives • On time maintenance activity: renewal of licenses and variations – including labeling updates, CMC changes, site transfers, safety updates artworks in accordance with Ministry of Health & Novartis guidelines and in coordination with logistics & QA departments. • Handling deregistration, temporary stock-out, information for Health Care Providers • Review promotional materials and materials for the general public and patients, perform corrections / suggest alternatives in accordance with local regulations and NP4, submit to Ministry of Health according to local regulations and per professional judgement. • Coordinate and ensure quality and speedy response to Health Authority questions, and relevant functions within Novartis • Ensure accurate and timely input on submissions & approvals and launches dates for the portfolio. • Support QA & logistics dept. with related issues (temporary stock-out, storage requirements, 1st batch etc.). \n\n\n\n Position Title: Appointed Pharmacist Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • Degree in Pharmacy • 2-5 years of Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist experience, preferable from a global Pharmaceutical company • Expertise in local and international regulatory guidelines and regulations • Previous experience interacting with the Israeli Ministry of Health • Fluency in both Hebrew and English Desirable requirements: • Previous Appointed Pharmacist experience - advantage • Ability to deal with changes, strong prioritization abilities, proactive approach and high sense of teamwork Why consider Novartis? 799 million.
