Seattle Children’s Hospital Critical Care Pharmacist - 7 on/7 off in Seattle, Washington
Overview:Pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care for a wide range of pediatric patients. Responsibilities include working directly with multidisciplinary teams in the ICUs and ED to guide medication management, managing anticoagulation and anti-infective therapeutic drug monitoring under prescriptive authority protocols, code blue and medical emergency response, collaborating on development of guidelines of care, precepting residents and pharmacy students, order verification, drug distribution, staff supervision, and providing drug information and educational presentations to medical professionalsRequirementsRequired Education/Experience: - Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy. - Hospital pharmacy experience. Required Credentials: - Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacist.
