Check out this outstanding opportunity for a Medicaid Prior Authorization Pharmacist with Aetna!This is a Clinical Pharmacist Position supporting MedicaidPrior Authorization. The position is remote.An active AZ pharmacist license that is in good standing is required. New hire is required to obtain KS pharmacist license within 90 days of hire.We are hiring for the 10:00 am - 6:30 pm shift AZ time (post training). The training schedule is: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm AZ (8 weeks).You are required to work one Saturday every 6 weeks and occasional holidays.We offer a competitive benefit package including vacation, 10 paid holidays per year, health/dental/vision insurance, employee discounted stock purchase program, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and 20-30% employee discount at all CVS stores.

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Arizona pharmacist license.New hire is required to obtain KS pharmacist license within 90 days of hire.Experience with clinical decision-making while applyingevidence based clinical guidelines/criteria; utilizingformularies/preferred drug lists. Experience working in a high production team environment3+ years experience working as a pharmacist. Knowledge of clinical program components, formularydesigns, and prescription benefit trends.

Preferred Qualifications

Medicaid or Medicare experienceExperience reviewing medical records, clinical literature,and composing SOAP notes.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of pharmacy or Pharm. D. from an accredited school of pharmacy required
