To monitor and evaluate drug therapy appropriateness based on patient's health status following institutional protocols and procedures.
Assists in the development and monitoring of treatment protocols and procedures
Participate in provision of patient-focused services
Acts as a liaison to other healthcare practitioners
Collaborates with pharmacy staff
Awareness of regulatory standards
Supervises students and academic associates
Participates in MUE and QA programs
Education, Experience, Licensure Required:
3 years of clinical pharmacy experience
BS degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
Basic Life Support/CPR
LA Pharmacist license
PharmD degree BCPS certification
