The Pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmacy services to patients at the Vanderbilt University Hospital. Daily activities include but are not limited to: order verification, completion of pharmacy consults (pharmacokinetics, warfarin, bivalirudin, etc.), and support of transitions of care.

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and < 1 year relevant industry
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration (LCR):

- Per Pharmacy Department policy, all new hires are subject to pre-employment drug screening (post offer), as well as for cause and random drug screening during their tenure with Vanderbilt.
