JOB REQUIREMENTS: Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist - 14605 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. 80% of the shift will be AM hours 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 20% of the shift will be PM hours 1:30 PM-10:00 PM. You will also be scheduled one in every 4th weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to: * Provide medication therapy management services as part of the interdisciplinary team to patients on inpatient services to assure that drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost-effective. * Perform both clinical and distributive tasks necessary to ensure that patients' medication therapy is safe, effective, timely, and efficient. * Provide training and education to Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students through practical and didactic experiences.
