This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsible for the management of the clinical information system, and specializes in the medication process through all phases including Clinical Decision Support.

  1. Supports, maintains, and develops solutions to improve the medication use process through the use of technology andeffectively improve patient outcomes, increase safety and efficiency.

  2. Participates in quality improvement and medication use review activities.

  3. Defines, troubleshoots, and solves software and system analysis assignments.

  4. Develops written materials for large scale and/or complex projects.

  5. Manages medium to large scope projects which impact large segments of the organization or that have a significant impact to the financial health of the organization.

  6. Develops and refines work management processes and methodologies. Trains others in work management skills.

  7. Maintains a broad understanding of both the organization and the health care industry.

  8. Oversees and directs eD-H Medications team personnel, and provides input into performance appraisals for team members

  9. Participates in the development and presentation of orientation, education, and training programs.

Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy required.

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree preferred.

  • Previous health system experience preferred.

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision and adapt to changes in workload.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills desired

  • Must possess excellent behavioral, written and verbal communication skills, and practice effective listening interpersonal communication as strategic tools for individual and organizational actualization

  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interacts effectively with physicians, patients, staff and the broader health care community

Required Licensure/Certification Skills:

  • Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of NH.
