Position DescriptionThe Clinical Infusion Pharmacist is responsible for improving MSH customer profitability via demonstrating use and value of McKesson Specialty Health clinical and business tools, providing clinical/operationsharmacoeconomic surveillance support to physician practice customers, and development and maintenance of clinical tools, products and content with focus on oncology, rheumatology, gastroenterology and neurology.This field position reports to the Director, Pharmacy Advisors. This position requires up to 40-50% travel, candidates will work from home remotely from their residence.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist and direct customer practices, along with regional team members, in improving customer practice profitabilitySupport sales personnel strategic selling of clinical tools and services to customersProvide ongoing training and support to Sales teamSupport regional sales team in presenting pharmacoeconomic information to key customer practicesProvide direct clinical and operational support to help physician practice customers understand and implement McKesson clinical tools and servicesEstablish relationships within practices, demonstrate use and value of tools, assist practice partner with tool/service implementationProvide assistance with drug therapy utilization reports to identify and analyze therapeutic target areasAssist in development of sales team methods including training on demonstrating clinical tools, content and use of clinical marketing materialsIdentify target practices based on sales team sell strategy, practice criteria for successful clinical tool/service implementationIdentify and attend strategic local, regional, and national meeting or conference venues in which presence or presentation would assist in developing relationship with target practicesProvide customer-based feedback to all McKesson Specialty Health divisions as warranted.Communicate suggestions for improvement, opportunities for new tool or service development to relevant clinical personnelDevelopment and maintenance of clinical content, tools required for standardization and benchmarking programs as requested:Regimen Profiler- Analytics Dashboard, Regimen focused Patient Education materials, New Drug Therapy Information, Pharmacy, Admixture Policies & ProceduresOther duties as assigned by immediate manager.Minimum RequirementsTypically requires 7+ years of relevant pharmacy experienceCritical Skills3+ years as a clinical pharmacist with 2+ years of oncology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, or neurology experience practical experience preferred, oral dispensing experience a plusExperience influencing physicians and practice administrators in appropriate drug therapyExperience working with and analyzing dataExperience with developing and working with on-line (web-based) clinical applications and toolsMust be willing and able to fulfill a 40-50% travel requirement for the jobAdditional Knowledge & SkillsExcellent verbal and written skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to multi-taskExcellent computer skills including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, OutlookEducationBachelors of Pharmacy or PharmDLicensure requirement: Licensed Pharmacist (in at least 1 state)TravelRequired travel up to 40-50%Ph
