Expectations for daily rounding with a multidisciplinary team, patient profile review and therapeutic optimization of medication lists, discharge medication reconciliation and direct patient counseling, resident and student precepting, as well as project and committee work. The position will work 5 days per week, 8 hour shifts. Time spent will be 50% psychiatry, 50% operational support. Every 4th weekend; every 8th week of evening shift. These hours are an expansion of current services. Optimal candidates will have an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on metrics to promote psychiatric pharmacy services. Seeking a pharmacist candidate with BCPP, a PGY2 in psychiatry, and/or equivalent acute care experience.Minimum Qualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy (Required)OPL - Ohio Pharmacists License - Ohio Board of PharmacyBS or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and a current Ohio pharmacist license. Completion of a Pharmacy Practice residency or equivalent hospital experience.
