We learn, grow, and achieve more - in our careers and in our communities.Job Description Summary:Float Pharmacist Job Description*Hours: 40; Shift: Day/Evening*Job Responsibilities:oFloat pharmacists work to cover anticipated time off for pharmacy associates across OhioHealth.oA float pharmacist works inpatient, outpatient, and in our freestanding emergency departments performing clinical and operational duties. In this role, the pharmacist will have a variety of responsibilites dependent on the care site working.oFloat pharmacists are required to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends and are encouraged to work holidays.oMembers of our float team manage their own schedules based on the needs of the system by working directly with schedulers.oFloat Pharmacists are reimbursed for mileage to care sites. While the position is posted from our corporate office, the position rotates to various facilities in central Ohio and within the region.*Preferred experience:oPGY1 Residency training or equivalent experience.*Required experience/credentials:oPharmD or BSPharmoLicensed and registered pharmacist in the state of Ohio.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (Required)RPH - Registered Pharmacist - Board of Pharmacy SpecialtiesBS or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and a current Ohio pharmacist license.
