What we have to offer – four reasons to join the Cerner family
It is important to us to promote continuous learning of all employees, both personally and professionally: we support this with regular feedback and training as well as access to professional digital learning tools.
We celebrate successes and learn from mistakes – our corporate culture is an open, friendly and inclusive one with knowledge transfer sessions, team events and close ties across teams in order to live the Cerner spirit and to promote continuous development.
You work to live and don't live to work – we offer flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, attractive basic remuneration as well as Christmas/vacation pay, performance-related remuneration, and more. We follow a collective agreement and pay according to the Association of the Bavarian Metal and Electrical Industry collective agreement (Tarifvertrag des Verbands der Bayerischen Metall- und Elektro-Industrie), which offers many additional advantages to our employees. As a health care company, the health of our employees is of great importance to us, which is why we offer gym subsidies and employee assistance programs, among other things.
Career opportunities and opportunities for growth are common practice at Cerner.
